About our products and content. Zogata is an independent online retailer. We source products from third-party suppliers, and unless we explicitly say otherwise we don't manufacture or design the products sold on this site. Trademarks, product names and third-party materials that appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively — their appearance doesn't imply any affiliation or endorsement. The text, images, branding and layout of the Zogata website itself belong to Zogata or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without our written permission.
Reporting an intellectual property concern. If you believe content or a product on this site infringes your copyright, trademark or design rights, email support@zogata.com so we can investigate. A complete notice should describe the work you believe is infringed, give the exact URL(s) on our store where the material appears, include your full name, company (if any), mailing address, phone number and email, state that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the rights owner, their agent, or the law, confirm — under penalty of perjury — that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them, and carry your physical or electronic signature.
How we respond. We review every valid, complete notice promptly and in good faith, investigate it properly, and remove or disable access to material where the claim is substantiated. We may contact you if we need more detail to assess it.
Counter-notification. If material you supplied was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact details, the material in question, and why you believe the removal was in error.
